Softball Recap: Marathon Dolphins vs. Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Cyclones

After flying high against Immaculata-La Salle last Tuesday, Marathon came back down to earth. Marathon lost 11-4 to the Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart Cyclones on Thursday. The Dolphins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cyclones apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Elianys Roque made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with one triple and one RBI. That triple was her first of the season. Daniuska Perdomo was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
