Soccer Recap: Davidson Takes a Loss

Davidson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Science Hill Hilltoppers, falling 5-1.

Davidson now has a losing record of 7-8-2. As for Science Hill, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Davidson will venture away from home to face off against Foley at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Foley's last five contests have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Science Hill, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 9-1 victory against Rossview on the 29th.
