Volleyball Recap: Frankfort Has No Trouble Against Pentwater

Frankfort won the last time they faced Pentwater and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Panthers blew past the Falcons 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Frankfort's got stronger as the match went on, holding Pentwater to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-17, 25-12.

Neysa Hodge paced Frankfort's offense, picking up seven kills. Hodge got some help from Alice Luther and her 13 assists. Hodge also made an impact serving: she shared the team lead in aces with Lily Wolfe, racking up seven apiece.

Frankfort now has a winning record of 4-3.

After both having extra time off, Frankfort and Bear Lake will shake off the rust and duke it out at 5:00 p.m. on September 3. As for Pentwater, they will challenge Pellston at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
