Catholic Central has been away from home for three games now, but on Friday they'll finally make their return. They will welcome the King Crusaders at 7:00 p.m. Both have allowed few points on average, (Catholic Central: 10.5, King: 14) so any points scored will be well earned.

Catholic Central's defense heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They claimed a resounding 55-0 victory over Grand Ledge on the road. Considering the Shamrocks have won five contests by more than 23 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Skyler Hunter was a one-man wrecking crew for Catholic Central as he threw for 184 yards and five touchdowns on only 13 passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Samson Gash, who picked up 68 receiving yards and three touchdowns.

Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Catholic Central was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 221 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in August.

Catholic Central wouldn't let Grand Ledge keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Catholic Central can thank Jack Mc Hugh and Kol Dedvukaj for forcing both of them.

Meanwhile, King unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. The matchup between them and Cass Tech wasn't particularly close, with King falling 30-14.

Catholic Central pushed their record up to 8-0 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for King, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-2.
