Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Notre Dame's Fourth in Last Five Outings + How To Watch

Notre Dame won the last time they faced Lookout Valley and things went their way on Saturday too. The Fighting Irish came out on top against the Yellowjackets by a score of 2-0.

Notre Dame can attribute much of their success to Madden Cothron, who had seven aces and three digs. The team also got some help courtesy of Karley Nutz, who had eight digs.

Notre Dame is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-12 record this season. As for Lookout Valley, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season.

Notre Dame wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Chattanooga School for the Arts & Sciences on the 20th. As for Lookout Valley, they will square off against Marion County at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
