Basketball Recap: Wossman Makes It 19 in a Row at Home

Wossman had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 11.5 points) and they went ahead and made it seven on Saturday. They came out on top against the Bossier Bearkats by a score of 72-63. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked fifth, while the Bearkats are ranked 87th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Wossman pushed their record up to 10-2 with the victory, which was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 69.7 points per game. As for Bossier, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-5.
