Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Severance). They were the clear victors by a 10-0 margin over the Wellington Eagles on Thursday. It was an even better day for Gio Conchas as he scored five goals for his team.

Severance now has a winning record of 3-2-4. As for Wellington, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Severance will head out to face off against Timnath at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Timnath's defense has only allowed 0.3 goals per game this season, so Severance's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Wellington, they will venture away from home to square off against KIPP Denver Collegiate at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.
