Preview: Wilcox vs. Cupertino
Wilcox is 8-1-1 against Cupertino since January of 2017, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Wilcox Chargers will be playing at home against the Cupertino Pioneers at 7:00 p.m.
Last Friday, neither Wilcox nor Los Gatos could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 3-3 draw.
Wilcox hit Los Gatos with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Pavan Nawbatt,
Aaron Yang, and
Sean Odle.
Meanwhile, Cupertino played to a draw too, finishing 1-1 against Los Gatos.
As for Wilcox, they moved theirs to 9-5-2. Meanwhile, Cupertino's record is now 9-5-2.
Wilcox skirted past Cupertino 3-2 in their previous matchup back in January. Does Wilcox have another victory up their sleeve, or will Cupertino turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
