West Columbus has gone 8-2 against South Columbus recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The West Columbus Vikings just played yesterday, but they'll still head out to face the South Columbus Stallions at 7:30 p.m. West Columbus is looking for their season's first win.

West Columbus is headed into the match out to prove that what happened against West Bladen on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. West Columbus had to suffer through a 72-34 loss at the hands of West Bladen. The Vikings were down 56-31 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask South Columbus). They came out on top against Johnsonville by a score of 71-60 on Monday. While the Stallions didn't have the best season last year (they finished 12-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

South Columbus is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.2 points per game. As for West Columbus, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.

West Columbus beat South Columbus 71-58 in their previous matchup back in February. Will West Columbus repeat their success, or does South Columbus have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
