Baseball Recap: San Marino Picks Up 13th Straight Win at Home

San Marino lost to La Canada back in March, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Titans came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Titans.

Chase Mena was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two RBI and one double.

San Marino pushed their record up to 15-5 with the victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.3 runs over those games. As for La Canada, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-10.

San Marino will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Spartans: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
