Saint Jo's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Petrolia Pirates 3-2. That's more bragging rights for the Panthers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Saint Jo was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 23-25, 20-25, 25-18, 15-11.

Saint Jo now has a winning record of 12-11. As for Petrolia, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-11.

Coming up, Saint Jo will be taking part in a tournament against Ector at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Petrolia, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Bellevue at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
