Gretna has gone 8-2 against Elkhorn recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Dragons will take on the Antlers at 1:00 p.m.

On Friday, Gretna came up short against Omaha Central and fell 5-3.

Meanwhile, Elkhorn entered their tilt with Norris on Monday with six consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with seven. They put the hurt on the Titans with a sharp 4-1 win. The result was nothing new for Elkhorn, who have now won six matches by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Norris with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Caleb Kimmell (2), Nick Pagliuca, and Cameron Lambirth.

Elkhorn pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those four games. As for Gretna, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 6-6.

Gretna took their victory against Elkhorn in their previous matchup back in April of 2019 by a conclusive 5-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Dragons since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
