Basketball Game Preview: Hill Country Christian Rams vs. Austin Waldorf Roadrunners

Hill Country Christian hasn't had much luck against Austin Waldorf recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, both will shake off the cobwebs and challenge one another at 1:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Hill Country Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They claimed a resounding 71-41 victory over River City Believers Academy. The win was some much needed relief for the Rams as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Meanwhile, Austin Waldorf came up short against Keystone two weeks ago and fell 77-70. The Roadrunners have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Austin Waldorf's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Hill Country Christian, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Things could have been worse for Hill Country Christian, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 66-48 loss to Austin Waldorf in their previous meeting back in November of 2019. Can Hill Country Christian avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
