Basketball Game Preview: Chaparral Cowboys vs. Bonanza Bengals + How To Watch

Chaparral is on a four-game streak of home losses dating back to last season, and Bonanza a seven-game streak of away losses also dating back to last season. However, someone's due for a change in luck on Friday. The Chaparral Cowboys will look to defend their home court against the Bonanza Bengals at 6:30 p.m. Chaparral will be strutting in after a victory while Bonanza will be coming in after a defeat.

Chaparral is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat CIVICA NV 50-1. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 25-1.

Chaparral got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was R'Breial Hicks out in front who almost dropped a triple-double with 18 points, 11 rebounds, and nine steals. Heaven Williams was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and ten steals.

Chaparral was working as a unit and finished the game with ten assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Bonanza played against Mater Academy East Las Vegas last Tuesday and lost via forfeit.

Bonanza's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Chaparral, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
