Passers beware: Donnie Jones came down with his first-ever interception on Friday and he's no doubt on the hunt for more. He also rushed for 14 yards as St. Paul fell to Brazos Christian 48-0. We hope Jones' good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Jones and St. Paul will look to defend their home field on Friday against Rosehill Christian at 7:30 p.m. The last time Jones duked it out with the Eagles (back in November of 2024), the Cardinals came out on top by a score of 26-6.
