Soccer Recap: Johnstown-Monroe Starts off Right with Win over West Muskingum

Johnstown-Monroe had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They were the clear victors by a 4-1 margin over the West Muskingum Tornadoes.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Johnstown-Monroe will head out to square off against River Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for West Muskingum, they are packing up and heading out for their first away game of the season: they will challenge John Glenn at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
