Volleyball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Morro Bay

It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Morro Bay had no problem doing just that on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Coalinga Horned Toads as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Pirates sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

While Morro Bay won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-16, 26-24, 25-18.

Morro Bay's victory bumped their record up to 21-24. As for Coalinga, with the loss, they broke their eight-match winning streak and moved their record to 24-12-2.

As of now, neither Morro Bay nor the Horned Toads have any future games scheduled.
