Ramona won the last time they faced Valley Center, and Colin Dillon did his part to make sure it happened again. The Ramona Bulldogs blew past the Valley Center Jaguars, posting an 87-60 win thanks in part to Dillon, who went 11-for-20 en route to 29 points and six boards. Those 29 points gave him a new career-high.

Another player making a difference was Tayden Bryant, who posted 12 points and four steals. Ramona is 3-1 when Bryant posts three or more steals, but 6-13 otherwise.

When it comes to explaining why Valley Center lost on Tuesday, don't look at Lincoln Zetmeir. Despite the final result, he put up 34 points. Zetmeir's evening made it 24 games in a row in which he has scored at least 19 points. Dustin Hotchkiss was another key player, putting up six points along with seven rebounds and six assists.

Ramona pushed their record up to 9-14 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.0 points over those games. As for Valley Center, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last eight matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-17 record this season.

Ramona wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 71-45 win against Fallbrook on the 7th. As for Valley Center, they have also already played their next contest, a 49-43 victory against Escondido on the 7th.
