Football Game Preview: Princeton Vikings vs. Elder Panthers

The Princeton Vikings are taking a road trip to take on the Elder Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Princeton 14.5, Elder 11.4) so any points scored will be well earned.

Princeton is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They pulled ahead with a 23-22 photo finish over Winton Woods.

Meanwhile, Elder put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against Fairfield as they made off with a 27-7 victory. The result was nothing new for the Panthers, who have now won five contests by 20 points or more so far this season.

Elder's win bumped their record up to 11-0. As for Princeton, their victory bumped their record up to 9-2.

Princeton came up short against Elder in their previous meeting back in October of 2020, falling 26-21. Can the Vikings avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
