Baseball Recap: Tekonsha Comes Up Short

Tekonsha was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 5-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Camden-Frontier Redskins. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Redskins this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-3 back in April.

Tekonsha's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Camden-Frontier, they moved to 6-8 with that victory, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Tekonsha didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against North Adams-Jerome on the 15th. As for Camden-Frontier, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 12-4 defeat against Jonesville on the 14th.
