Lowcountry Leadership extends home losing streak to five

Recap: Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators vs. Baptist Hill Bobcats

This season hasn't been kind to the Lowcountry Leadership NaviGators, who are still winless after their 11th game. They were beaten by Baptist Hill 67-22 on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Lowcountry Leadership has suffered against Baptist Hill since January 5, 2018.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Baptist Hill to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zechaia Jenkins, who scored 16 points along with five rebounds and two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Jenkins has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Sharice Blufton, who scored ten points along with three steals.

Lowcountry Leadership bumped their record down to 0-11 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Baptist Hill, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-8.

Lowcountry Leadership the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome St. John's at 6:00 p.m. on January 22nd. As for Baptist Hill, they will head out on the road to take on Military Magnet Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Military Magnet Academy's favor is that they have posted big point totals in their last five matches.
