Burroughs waltzed into their match on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. Everything went their way against the Pasadena Bulldogs as they made off with a 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bears also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

While Burroughs won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-15, 28-26.

Burroughs' victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Pasadena, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Looking ahead, Burroughs will square off against Arcadia at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pasadena, they have already played their next game, a 3-0 win against Blair on the 29th.
