Soccer Recap: Cascade Takes a Loss

Even though Cascade and Frankfort combined for 27 shots on goal on Saturday, they only managed to actually make zero of them. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Hot Dogs who were credited with the win. The Frankfort Hot Dogs got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the Cascade Cadets' four.

Cascade's defeat dropped their record down to 5-6-1. As for Frankfort, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Cascade didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against North Montgomery on the 22nd. As for Frankfort, they have also already played their next game, a 4-1 win against West Lafayette on the 22nd.
