Volleyball Recap: Capital Falls Short Against Ranked Hellgate + How To Watch

Capital faced Hellgate in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Bruins came up short against the Knights, falling 3-0. The Bruins' loss continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

The final score came out to 25-18, 25-21, 25-8.

Hellgate was led to victory by Ellison Hogan and Bayley Walker. Hogan had 19 digs and three assists, while Walker had 28 assists and 11 digs. Walker is crushing it when it comes to assists: she's posted at least 16 every time she's taken the court this season.

Capital's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Hellgate, their record now sits at 2-4.

Looking ahead, Capital will head out on the road to square off against Butte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hellgate has already played their next game (against Glacier), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
