It was fun while it lasted, but Park Place Christian Academy's undefeated season came to an end after seven games on Friday. They fell just short of the Puckett Wolves by a score of 4-3. The loss put an end to the Crusaders' undefeated start to the season.

Park Place Christian Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Owen Bailey, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Having lost for the first time this season, Park Place Christian Academy fell to 7-1. As for Puckett, their victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-1.
