Eli Zimmerman and Co. Win Eighth in a Row
Eli Zimmerman was instrumental in extending Northwestern Lehigh's winning streak to eight on Friday. Zimmerman's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 105 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Northwestern Lehigh pushed their record up to 8-0 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Zimmerman will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Tamaqua on Friday.

While Tamaqua might've come up empty on Friday, Luke Kane wasn't going down without a fight. Lehighton had no answer to Kane as he rushed for 140 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries, and also threw for 134 yards on ten of 17 attempts.

Shane Hulmes produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Northwestern Lehigh to the win on Friday. Hulmes wasn't messing around, picking up three sacks, forcing a fumble, and making eight total tackles. The contest was his ninth straight with five or more total tackles dating back to last season.
