Baseball Recap: Killeen Takes a Loss

Killeen was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 21-1 to the Midway Panthers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 14-0 last Friday.

Killeen's defeat dropped their record down to 3-17. As for Midway, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Coincidentally, Killeen and Midway will both be playing Bryan the next time they take the field. The Panthers will host the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Kangaroos will host them at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th.
