Meanwhile, Tattnall Square Academy came out on top against John Milledge Academy on Friday by a score of 69-60 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). Given Tattnall Square Academy's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 180th, while John Milledge Academy is ranked 422nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Stratford Academy has been performing well recently as they've won 12 of their last 15 games, which provided a nice bump to their 21-7 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.9 points over those games. As for Tattnall Square Academy, their win bumped their record up to 21-4.

Stratford Academy couldn't quite finish off Tattnall Square Academy when the teams last played two weeks ago and fell 57-54. Can Stratford Academy avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
