Basketball Game Preview: Sheboygan Falls Falcons vs. Plymouth Panthers

Sheboygan Falls and Plymouth are an even 4-4 against one another since November of 2015, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the Sheboygan Falls Falcons will get right back to it and host the Plymouth Panthers at 5:15 p.m. on Saturday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Plymouth is hoping to do what Two Rivers couldn't on Friday: put an end to Sheboygan Falls' winning streak, which now stands at five games. Sheboygan Falls blew past Two Rivers 60-15. The matchup marked the Falcons' most dominant victory of the season so far.

Meanwhile, Plymouth hadn't done well against Kewaskum recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way last Thursday. Plymouth simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Kewaskum 57-29. The win was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Sheboygan Falls' victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Plymouth, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 4-3.

Sheboygan Falls strolled past Plymouth in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a score of 56-41. Will Sheboygan Falls repeat their success, or does Plymouth have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
