Basketball Recap: Cottage Hill Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Cottage Hill Christian Academy lost against Bryant back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Cottage Hill Christian Academy Warriors had to suffer through a 52-17 loss at the hands of the Bryant Hurricanes. The contest marked the Warriors' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Mari-Margret Grayson continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for Bryant, going 11 of 20 en route to 31 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Grayson is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last six games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Madi-Marie Grayson, who posted four points in addition to six boards and five steals.

Cottage Hill Christian Academy dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Bryant, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Cottage Hill Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 56-41 loss against Our Lady Academy on the 13th. As for Bryant, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 78-57 win against Mobile Christian on the 17th.
