Volleyball Game Preview: Cleveland Heights Tigers vs. Medina Battling Bees

The Cleveland Heights Tigers will head out to square off against the Medina Battling Bees at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Cleveland Heights is coming into the contest on an 18-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Last Tuesday, Cleveland Heights came up short against Strongsville and fell 2-0.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Medina, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They blew past Euclid 3-0 on Tuesday. The Battling Bees haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-19, 25-10.

Cleveland Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Medina, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.

Cleveland Heights might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Medina in their previous meeting back in April of 2024. Can the Tigers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
