Recap: Rule Bobcats vs. Paducah Dragons
This season hasn't been kind to the Rule Bobcats, who are still winless after their fifth game. They were outmatched by Paducah on the road and fell 57-20. Rule was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 29-9.
It was another big night for Jakyen Wright, who scored 24 points for Paducah. The match was Wright's eighth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Darren Mackey, who scored 12 points.
Rule's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Paducah, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Rule will take on Texas Leadership Charter Academy - Abilene at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paducah, they will be playing at home against Knox City at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
