Softball Recap: Leicester Comes Up Short

Leicester was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 14-2 to the Bartlett Indians, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-3 back in April.

Leicester's loss dropped their record down to 3-9. As for Bartlett, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-11.

Leicester does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Bartlett has already played their next match (against Montachusett RVT), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
