Volleyball Recap: Three Rivers' Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

Three Rivers lost against Mendon back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Wildcats fell 2-0 to the Hornets. The Wildcats' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Allie Yost paced Three Rivers' offense, picking up six kills. Yost got some help from Miley Southland and her 17 assists.

Three Rivers' defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Mendon, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 5-0.

Three Rivers will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Lakeview at 8:30 p.m. on September 6. Mendon has already played their next matchup (against Jackson Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
