Volleyball Recap: Harnett Central Picks Up Seventh Consecutive Win

Harnett Central waltzed into their contest on Thursday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They blew past the Triton Hawks 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Harnett Central walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-18, 25-12, 25-17.

Harnett Central had a senior duo take command as Hadlee Heiner had four aces and three digs and Allie Williams had 12 digs and five assists. Williams is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last 40 games she's played dating back to last season.

Harnett Central's record is now 19-3. As for Triton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-15.

Harnett Central will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hawks: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
