Westlake won against East Coweta last Saturday with 66 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Friday. The Westlake Lions claimed a resounding 66-39 win over the Douglas County Tigers. The Lions have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight games by 22 points or more this season.

The victory was the third in a row for Westlake, bringing their record for this year to 14-8. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 66.0 points per game. As for Douglas County, they dropped their record down to 2-17 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Westlake will challenge East Coweta at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Westlake's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three matches. As for Douglas County, they will face off against New Manchester at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. New Manchester will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Douglas County surely won't give up without a fight.
