Volleyball Recap: Sarcoxie Takes a Loss

Sarcoxie lost against Skyline back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Bears came up short against the Tigers, falling 3-0. The Bears have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-18, 25-8.

Alexis Letts paced Sarcoxie's offense, picking up 14 kills. Letts got some help from Jordyn Misner and her 19 assists. Finally, Letts was also a dominant defender, finishing with a team-high two blocks.

Sarcoxie's defeat dropped their record down to 6-11-3. As for Skyline, their victory bumped their record up to 10-8-2.

Looking ahead, Sarcoxie will take on Marionville at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Skyline, they will square off against El Dorado Springs at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
