Covington has gone 8-2 against Attica recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Trojans will host the Red Ramblers at 5:00 p.m. Covington has given up an average of 7.8 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Covington is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They came up short against Tri-County, falling 15-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Trojans have suffered since May 11, 2024.

Covington saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Aliyah Dean, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with two RBI.

Attica never got on the board in their matchup on Thursday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Frontier on Monday. They blew past the Falcons 24-12. The Red Ramblers have beaten the Falcons the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Falcons has come to flipping the script.

The team relied heavily on Naveen Hill, who scored five runs and stole a base while going 4-for-5. The team also got some help courtesy of Aleah Cruz, who scored three runs and stole two bases while getting on base in five of her six plate appearances.

Covington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Attica, the win got them back to even at 1-1.

Covington might still be hurting after the 15-6 loss they got from Attica in their previous meeting back in May of 2024. Can the Trojans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
