Volleyball Recap: Santa Ana Valley Comes Up Short

Santa Ana Valley lost against Bolsa Grande back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Falcons fell just short of the Matadors by a score of 3-2.

Santa Ana Valley has also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-9 record this season. As for Bolsa Grande, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-9.

Looking ahead, Santa Ana Valley will take on La Quinta at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bolsa Grande, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Magnolia at 5:00 p.m. The Matadors are facing the Sentinels at the right time seeing as the Sentinels are stuck on a seven-game losing streak.
