Soccer Recap: Branson Takes a Loss

Branson lost against Republic back in October and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 1-0. That's two games in a row now that Branson have lost by just one goal.

Branson's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Republic, they are on a roll lately: they've won 13 of their last 16 matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 14-14 record this season.

Branson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Republic, they will head out on the road to take on Glendale at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Republic will need to watch out since Glendale have now posted at least four goals in their last three contests.
