Volleyball Recap: 'Iolani Finds Home Court Redemption Against Cardinal Newman

There's no place like home for 'Iolani, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the Cardinal Newman Cardinals by a score of 2-0 on Thursday.

'Iolani easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 25-11.

'Iolani now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Cardinal Newman, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

'Iolani wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Huntington Beach on the 15th. As for Cardinal Newman, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Mira Costa on the 15th.
