Football Recap: Alleman Takes a Loss

Alleman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They took a blow against the Rock Island Rocks, falling 51-0. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Pioneers of the 47-6 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2022.

Alleman's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Rock Island, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Alleman is set to take on their familiar foe Sterling at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rock Island will square off against rival Moline at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
