Baseball Game Preview: West Field Longhorns vs. Logan Grizzlies

For the second straight game, West Field will face off against Logan. The Longhorns will challenge the Grizzlies at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. West Field is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

West Field was handed a heart-breaking two-run defeat in their last matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Logan on Wednesday. The Longhorns put the hurt on the Grizzlies with a sharp 15-1 win. That looming 15-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Longhorns yet this season.

Caymen Kap tossed a big game, tossing five innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.
