Preview: Hoosac Valley vs. Taconic
After two weeks on the road, Hoosac Valley is heading back home. On Saturday they take on Taconic at 3:30 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game.
Hoosac Valley came up short against South Hadley last Friday, falling 22-36. Hoosac Valley were down by 14-36 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Meanwhile, their game two weeks ago wasn't at all kind to Taconic, but their most recent contest may have softened the blow. They had enough points to win and then some against Chicopee, taking their matchup 20-0.
Everything went Hoosac Valley's way against Taconic the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 47-16 win. Will Hoosac Valley repeat their success, or does Taconic have a better game plan this time around ? We'll find out soon enough.
