Volleyball Recap: West Marshall Comes Up Short

West Marshall was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Nevada Cubs. If the Trojans were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Cubs when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

West Marshall's defeat dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Nevada, their victory bumped their record up to 15-8.

West Marshall didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 21-0 loss against North Polk on the 20th. As for Nevada, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Ballard on the 20th.
