Basketball Game Preview: Plenty Coups Warriors vs. Custer/Hysham

Having just played yesterday, the Plenty Coups Warriors will head out on the road to face off against Custer/Hysham at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

Having struggled with three losses in a row, Plenty Coups turned things around against Roberts on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 72-46 margin over the Rockets.

Meanwhile, Custer/Hysham humbled Absarokee with a 54-9 victory. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Custer/Hysham's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Montana basketball rankings (they are ranked 34th, while Absarokee is ranked 144th).

Plenty Coups' record is now 8-6. As for Custer/Hysham, their record now sits at 12-3.

Plenty Coups came up short against Custer/Hysham in their previous meeting two weeks ago, falling 79-73. Can the Warriors avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
