Volleyball Recap: Ankeny Centennial Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Win

Ankeny Centennial entered their tilt with West Delaware on Saturday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Hawks. The Jaguars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hawks, too.

Mady Ott paced Ankeny Centennial's offense, picking up nine kills. Ott got some help from Tatem Schmidt and her 11 assists. Ellie Pollock controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Ankeny Centennial's victory bumped their record up to 26-5. As for West Delaware, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 19-6.

Coming up, Ankeny Centennial will take on Southeast Polk at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. West Delaware does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
