Fairview has gone 9-1 against Archbold recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Apaches will face off against the Blue Streaks at 7:00 p.m. Fairview will be strutting in after a win while Archbold will be coming in after a loss.

On Tuesday, Fairview got the win against Edgerton by a conclusive 3-0. The Apaches haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Fairview was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-18, 25-19.

Meanwhile, Archbold was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to Patrick Henry. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Blue Streaks have suffered against the Patriots since October 16, 2019.

While Archbold was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 26-24, 25-16, 25-21.

Fairview's win bumped their record up to 15-3. As for Archbold, their defeat was their first in the conference, dropping their conference record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 12-5.

Fairview couldn't quite get it done against Archbold when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 3-1. Can the Apaches avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
