Hillcrest lost against T.L. Hanna back in November of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The contest between the Rams and the Yellow Jackets didn't end well, with the Rams falling 32-13. The game marked the Rams' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

When it comes to explaining why Hillcrest lost, don't look at Tyler Tolbert. Despite the final result, he picked up 80 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Even if they lost, Hillcrest's defensive line still kept up the pressure with four sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as four different players picked up one apiece.

Brock Cole had a dynamite game For T.L. Hanna., rushing for 129 yards and one score on only 12 carries, while also picking up 32 receiving yards and one TD. Cole was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 56 yards. T.L. Hanna also got a significant boost from Issac Galloway, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 88 yards.

This is the second loss in a row for Hillcrest and nudges their season record down to 3-3. As for T.L. Hanna, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hillcrest will square off against J.L. Mann at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Rams will be up against the Patriots' rather soft defense (which has allowed 32.83 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for T.L. Hanna, they will take on Woodmont at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
