Gilmer County extended their winning streak to three on Thursday, bumping their season record up to 17-8 in the process. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the Tug Valley Panthers. The Titans might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten games by six runs or more this season.

Kolten Holbert was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one triple. He has become a key player for Gilmer County: the team is 12-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 5-7 otherwise. Jacob Stewart was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI.

As for Tug Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 12-16. Having soared to a lofty 13 runs in the game before, they couldn't push the score so high this time.

On Tug Valley's side, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Hayden Brumfield, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

As of now, neither Gilmer County nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
